Hello guys,

Here is the solution.👇

1. Go to T-Code SMQR to deregister the queue.

2. Go to T-Code SXMB_ADM → Integration Engine Configuration ,then click on configuration as shown in picture below.
 




3. Create New Entry in Table Category = Monitor
Parameter = QRFC_RESTART_ALLOWED.
Current Value = 1.


4. Go to SMQR to again Register the queue.
5. Click on Queue and select the stopped queue.
6. Click on Execute LUW button for manual restart of Queue.
