SAP PO : FTPex: 550 Unexpected reply code cannot create a file it is already exist

This type of issue have various reasons.

The errors during archiving are generally due to authorization issues.

1.) Does the PI user have enough access to delete the file from the source directory and create the same in the archive directory? Please check that first.

2.) Check if the file system on the server has enough space. This error can also happen due to shortage of space.

3.) Another thing to check would be if the file is in read only mode or not.

4.) You can also check if the file with the filename you are trying to archive already exists in the archive directory.
